Leadership Experience 2014
CONTEXT
Building on the success from the 2012 Starbucks Global Leadership Conference two years prior, Starbucks wanted to create a multi-day experience to share business strategies with the leaders in the field who shape the operations and success of the thousands of Starbucks stores operated globally.
OUR APPROACH
This leadership experience brought district managers to Seattle, Starbucks’ Global HQ, for a multi-day celebration and conference where they were encouraged to explore a “Make it Personal” concept through various exhibition spaces, installations, and locations throughout Seattle’s downtown core.
Whether the massive celebration on the streets of historic Pike Place Market, in front of the original store, or the use of an app that featured proximity beacon-enabled exhibits, each interaction encouraged attendees to personally reflect the spirit of the Starbucks mission in all they do, committing to the development of their businesses and their fellow partners’ success.
