Fundraising Events

The United Way of King County is a beloved organization in the Seattle community with a robust roster of longstanding events. To be successful, the organization produces large-scale fundraising events and communicates regularly with the community about their progress, and has needed a strategy, design, and production partner to meet their ongoing marketing and fundraising needs.

Touch has worked with United Way for over a decade - from An Evening with Bill Gates and the All-Star Softball Classic to Eat, Drink & Be Generous, and the Annual Community BBQ. For all of these events, we’ve created a warm, safe atmosphere that fostered real connection and conversation around the importance of community and giving back.

Over the years, our team has designed and produced creative elements, managed AVL needs and production—as well as provided assistance with speech writing and speaker coaching. Our longstanding partnership with United Way gives us a deep understanding of their operations and their needs, which results in each event building on their overall communications and outreach strategy, continually spotlighting them as a leader in Seattle’s philanthropy community.
