Touch has a fifteen-year relationship designing and producing internal and external communications and experiences. From executive communications through partner training and analyst, and shareholder meetings, our work has helped the company tell their story in a consistent, approachable and thoughtful manner, time and again.
Each year, Starbucks celebrates the shareholders who support the company by hosting its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at McCaw Hall, a 2,900-seat venue located at Seattle Center. Touch has produced this, the company’s largest customer-facing event, for over 13 years. At the meeting, CEO Howard Shultz and his executive team provide a detailed look back at the previous year, examining everything from product performance and supply chain improvements, right through to details as specific as changes to the music played in the stores.
Shareholders also value the opportunity to gain insights into the strategy and tactics for growth in the upcoming year. And they have been frequently surprised by headlining live entertainment from performers as diverse as Sheryl Crow, the Canadian Tenors, and Martha Wainwright.
Touch manages all aspects of producing this event each year, from media design and production, presentation consulting, staging design, environmental and AVL design, entertainment production, comprehensive production logistics, audience experience integration (from approach to venue through post-show departure), as well as project direction, budgeting, and reconciliation.
Touch was there at the beginning of the most important transformation in Starbucks history.
