Boeing

With its relentless focus on engineering and design excellence, Boeing has relied on Touch to create innovative, immersive exhibitions, environments, and experiences for their customers for nearly a decade.

In 2008, Boeing led the global market in cargo aircraft with a 90 percent market share. The demand for a long-range cargo aircraft was growing and so was competition to be the first to produce such a product. Boeing acted on this need and launched their 777 Freighter in May of 2008. This was not only the world’s first aircraft able to travel such long distances (4,900 nautical miles), but a major milestone for Boeing.

This monumental achievement deserved a grand unveiling ceremony to introduce the aircraft to the public. Boeing turned to Touch to create a memorable event for potential buyers and for those who had worked so hard to create the aircraft.

Touch designed a high-profile event held at the Boeing 777F manufacturing plant, just outside of Seattle. In just 45 days, Touch created a theme, a scenic design concept, audio-visual strategy, keynote production, and show flow for the event. Our team managed and directed all aspects of the on-site event, including the media and press experience, allowing Boeing team members to enjoy the celebration of their success.
